About the Role :
As a Service Associate – Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end hiring processes, working with IBM’s operational management, and providing customer-focused recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. This role involves engaging with hiring managers, defining recruitment strategies, and ensuring the right talent is sourced for various roles.
Key Responsibilities :
✔️Hiring Forecast & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document hiring forecasts.
✔️Recruitment Process Management: Work within structured recruitment processes while identifying areas for improvement.
✔️Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging social media and other channels.
✔️Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
✔️Screening & Selection: Use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to screen candidates and maintain recruitment records.
✔️Performance & Compliance: Meet recruitment goals, ensure adherence to SLAs, and mentor support teams to achieve hiring targets.
✔️Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and contribute to long-term work relations.
Required Qualifications :
✔️Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in ITES / BPO / FA sectors.
✔️Strong experience in sourcing candidates through social media and other innovative channels.
✔️Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
✔️Expertise in recruitment processes, partner management, and business strategy.
