Eligibility Criteria:
✔️Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
✔️Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related fields
✔️Graduation Stream: Non-technical graduates (e.g., B.Sc preferred)
✔️Shift Timings: Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Required Skills:
✔️Procurement Operations: Ability to create purchase requests (PR) and manage purchase orders (PO).
✔️Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience in JDE, SAP S4/ERP, and Ariba.
✔️Supplier Management: Knowledge of supplier identification, sourcing, and supplier master data management.
✔️Order Processing: Ability to review material requirements, manage exceptions, and resolve procurement-related issues.
✔️Purchasing & Sourcing: Experience in purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management for goods/services.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️Reviewing material requirements and specifications.
✔️Floating Request for Quotation (RFQ) and handling bid responses.
✔️Preparing and sharing bid summaries.
✔️Reviewing and releasing purchase orders.
✔️Managing procurement master data and reconciling purchase orders.
