Description :
The Cloud Architect will be tasked with developing a technology framework and delivering technical leadership to support AJG's initiatives in cloud computing and automation, emphasizing the design of systems and services that operate on cloud platforms. This role will involve leading technical teams throughout the organization.
Responsibilities :
- To comply with quality standards, regulatory obligations, and organizational policies.
- To promote a favorable customer experience and customer satisfaction through effective First Call Resolution and minimizing rejected resolutions or reopened cases.
- To engage in the EN business by contributing to the development of proposals aimed at enhancing service improvement initiatives.
- To autonomously address tickets and ensure that the established service level agreements regarding ticket volume and response time are fulfilled by the team.
- To provide assistance for on-call escalations and Level 3 support, as well as to manage incidents and problems.
- To engage in value-added activities such as updating and managing the knowledge base, training new employees, mentoring analysts, and participating in recruitment efforts.
