Responsibilities & knowledge :
- Investigating the existing verification methods utilized by customers and establishing solutions that connect simulation with emulation.
- Assuming comprehensive responsibility for major accounts and initiatives, with an emphasis on product development and cooperation with research and development teams.
- Facilitating product demonstrations, assessments, and competitive platform comparisons in roles that engage directly with customers.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to specific accounts or projects.
- Establishing requirement specifications, enhancing product validation teams, and monitoring product development and customer delivery processes.
- Performing internal technical assessments, conducting training sessions, and fostering close collaboration with customers, R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Improving customer satisfaction and promoting product adoption through proficient technical support and solution creation.
- Playing a pivotal role in product development by offering essential insights and feedback to research and development teams, informed by customer requirements and challenges.
- Enhancing customer relationships and fostering enduring partnerships by acting as a reliable technical consultant.
- Elevating the usability and performance of Synopsys products, thereby enhancing market competitiveness.
- Enabling successful product deployments, which yield favorable customer testimonials and case studies.
- Promoting innovation and ongoing enhancement within the application engineering team.
