We are actively seeking Technical Support Engineering trainees to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a senior mentor to acquire technical expertise and experience in your area of specialization, while also engaging with a diverse international team both locally and globally. 

You can anticipate working on challenging and stimulating real-world projects that will provide you with insights into every phase of the marketing and sales funnel. Additionally, you will have the chance to learn about and deepen your understanding of the Red Hat portfolio.

Responsibilities : 

✔️Confirm, arrange, and refresh customer contact details.

✔️Assist customers in registering for and utilizing the Customer Portal.

✔️Address customers' fundamental inquiries regarding the Red Hat subscription model.

✔️Provide support to customers on basic issues related to the use of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

✔️Return calls to customers to monitor and verify the status of their submitted technical issues.

✔️Engage with other skilled colleagues in an inclusive and diverse environment that encourages authenticity and personal growth.

Skills :

✔️Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.

✔️Capable of effectively managing tasks, adhering to deadlines, and analyzing data to support data-driven decision-making.

✔️Eager to learn and exhibit proactive engagement as a member of a larger team.

✔️Achieved a valid certification as a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
