Requirements :
- Demonstrated capability to navigate complex and high-pressure scenarios, maintaining focus on key priorities while effectively managing time.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in Storage and/or Virtualization Technology, or the capacity to rapidly acquire such knowledge. Adequate technical proficiency to achieve NCDA certification.
- Strong inclination towards learning new technologies and processes, with an understanding of their application in customer-facing contexts.
- Familiarity with ARS risks and SP parameters, with the ability to clearly communicate their implications to customers.
- Proficient in influencing and driving customer actions (influence, negotiate), capable of independently preparing and conducting SAM Service Review Meetings.
- Competent in independently managing escalations, engaging higher-level support management at NetApp, and facilitating interactions with EPS.
- Capable of mentoring new employees, providing guidance on standard job responsibilities.
- Able to actively participate and contribute to cross-functional teams and teams of subject matter experts.
- Willing to engage in initiatives and training aimed at developing specialized areas of expertise.
- Possesses an understanding of developments in the storage market and identifies gaps in storage services.
- Ability to synthesize diverse viewpoints in critical situations to facilitate issue resolution.
