Responsibilities :
- Proficient in the operational aspects of the SailPoint tool.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of access provisioning and revocation processes.
- Familiar with the STL process and its significance.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously while producing and maintaining both technical and business support documentation.
- The candidates or team will be tasked with managing access for over 100 applications, utilizing existing documentation as a reference. No development experience is necessary.
- Provide consistent and proactive updates on progress.
- Show self-motivation, initiative, and a commitment to achieving success.
- Maintain an exemplary client service orientation.
- Communicate effectively with a team distributed across various geographical locations.
Skills :
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, along with practical experience in implementing IAM solutions.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a capacity to collaborate with a team distributed across various geographical locations.
- Acquaintance with Agile methodologies within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Comprehension of regulations and compliance standards pertinent to the banking sector.
- Capability to assess functional requirements and convert them into effective solution designs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and escalate potential risks.
